Cancellation Policy

Plans change. These are the charges that apply when a confirmed booking with Crestline Voyages is cancelled, calculated on the total holiday cost.

Standard cancellation charges

• More than 45 days before arrival: deposit retained only
• 45 to 31 days before arrival: 25 percent of the holiday cost
• 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50 percent of the holiday cost
• 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75 percent of the holiday cost
• 7 days or fewer, or no show: 100 percent of the holiday cost

Peak season

Bookings that cover the tulip festival, Eid, Christmas and New Year, or the peak Gulmarg ski weeks may carry stricter supplier terms. Any variation is written into your confirmation before you pay.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer times vary by country.

Disruption beyond anyone's control

If weather, road closures or official restrictions make part of a trip impossible, we first try to reroute at no extra cost. Where a service simply cannot be delivered we refund the unused supplier cost, less any charges already incurred on your behalf.

How to cancel

Send a written request to hello@crestlinevoyages.com from the email address used to book. Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive it.
