Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made with Crestline Voyages. By paying a deposit you accept them on behalf of everyone travelling on your booking.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and issue a written confirmation. The balance is due before the arrival date stated on your confirmation. Prices quoted are per person on twin sharing unless stated otherwise.

Prices and inclusions

Quoted prices include only the items listed under inclusions in your itinerary. Local entrance fees, gondola tickets, pony rides and union taxis at certain points are payable directly unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.

Changes by you

We will do our best to accommodate changes after confirmation. Supplier charges, rate differences and an administration fee may apply.

Changes by us

Occasionally a road closure, weather event or supplier failure requires us to change part of your itinerary. We will offer a comparable alternative of equal or better standard.

Your responsibilities

• Valid travel documents, permits and identification for every traveller
• Suitable travel and medical insurance for the whole trip
• Disclosing medical conditions that could affect travel at altitude
• Respecting local customs, guides, drivers and property

Liability

We arrange services with carefully selected local suppliers. We are not liable for loss or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, road closures and airline disruption.
